| 1. How to Install Excel Add-in USA? | ||

Download the Add-in from the site. Click US_Installer.exe to install Maps4Excel USA. Default Installation directory will be C:\ExcelMapUS. User can change the installation directory by entering the path in the textbox or by selecting an existing directory using the browse button. Click on Install button to begin installation. |

| 2. How to Un-Install Excel Add-in USA? | ||

Go to the directory where you saved your file during installation. Click on US_ Uninstall.exe. |

| 3. Will it cause any problems to my other Add-ins? | ||
|
Excel Addin USA is designed to work with your existing add-ins, it doesn’t interfere with other Add-ins. However if you have an Add-in named “ExcelMapUS” then that one will be removed and you will get our Add-in only. |

| 4. Will Add-in make any change in my work sheet? | ||
| No, it will not make any changes in your excel work sheet. |

| 5. What happens if the Zip Code on the Worksheet is wrong? | ||
|
If the zip code entered is wrong then it will not displayed in the map. The map will only displays the correct Zip Code. |

| 6. Can I print a map without printing the surrounding text? | ||
Yes, you can. |

| 7. I have selected the data and completed all the steps. But the Map is still not drawn and no error message is coming? |
||
|
Possible Cause: The Map4Excel software draws data from an external server. Some firewalls installed in your system may be preventing the external data. Allow 'access' to Macro Media Flash Player in the firewall. |
